Government Partnerships & Business Development Lead
Space / Defense
Convert active federal pipeline into contracts for a validated edge AI company with existing government registrations.
What You'll Do
- •Lead engagement with defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies across SBIR/STTR, BAA, OTA, and direct contract vehicles
- •Respond to active solicitations and shape future requirements through industry engagement
- •Build and maintain relationships with primes, system integrators, and program offices
- •Represent the company at industry days, conferences, and classified briefings
What We're Looking For
- •US citizenship required
- •Former military or intelligence community background
- •Active TS clearance or ability to obtain
- •GEOINT/ISR community connections strongly preferred
- •Demonstrated experience navigating federal procurement (SBIR, BAA, OTA)

Lead Edge AI Engineer
Edge Platform Core
Help architect and build the core of our edge platform, the stack that runs AI on satellites and edge devices instead of the cloud.
What You'll Do
- •Shape the architecture of our core edge stack, then build it. This is a hands-on lead role, not a whiteboard one.
- •Optimize and deploy ML models for on-device inference on NVIDIA Jetson-class hardware: quantization, runtime tuning, latency and power profiling.
- •Define how the platform is structured so a small team can move fast, and own your piece end to end.
What We're Looking For
- •Strong Python; comfortable in C++ or Rust
- •PyTorch plus at least one inference runtime (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, or similar)
- •Real model-optimization experience on edge hardware: quantization (FP16/INT8/INT4), Jetson/CUDA, profiling for power and latency
- •7+ years shipping production software, with a track record of designing systems, not just implementing to spec
- •US citizenship required
Bonus
- +Distributed systems: peer-to-peer, consensus, mesh networking (libp2p or similar)
- +Coordinating multiple devices with no central server
Senior Edge AI Engineer
Mobile & Embedded
Make ML run fast and power-efficient on constrained hardware, from edge boxes down to phones, tablets, and wearables.
What You'll Do
- •Optimize and deploy ML models for on-device inference: quantization, runtime tuning, latency and power profiling.
- •Port and run models across hardware targets, from Jetson-class boards to mobile and wearable devices.
- •Work close to the metal on a small team, with the architecture set and room to own your piece.
What We're Looking For
- •Strong Python; comfortable in C++ or Rust
- •PyTorch plus at least one inference runtime (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, or similar)
- •Real model-optimization experience: quantization (FP16/INT8/INT4), profiling for power and latency
- •5+ years shipping production software
- •US citizenship required
